Dmitry Kirillov is a head of Tax and Financial Technologies practices, an attorney, an expert in the field of taxation and finance, and in the arbitration process. His professional experience exceeds 20 years, including over 15 years of work with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young international auditing firms.

Dmitry's key specialization is representation of clients in arbitration courts of all levels, courts of general jurisdiction, and commercial arbitration courts. Dmitry advises clients operating in the sphere of production, international trade, construction, fuel and energy on tax and legal issues, including:

  1. Taxation, accounting and finance;
  2. Appealing decisions and actions of State agencies;
  3. Protection of rights to items of intellectual property, specializing in the field of information technologies;
  4. Legal regulation of cryptobusiness (blockchain, cryptocurrency, ICO).

Dmitry is one of developers of the regulatory framework for the accreditation of domain name registrars, in the Russian segment of the Internet. He is also an active member of working groups on development and improvement of legislation. Dmitry is the author of a number of professional articles and expert commentaries in mass media. He regularly acts as Chairman, and a speaker, at professional and business conferences, being fluent in English.


Dmitry graduated from the Moscow University of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation, completed professional training courses in international taxation at Leiden University (Netherlands). He regularly improves his qualifications and participates in Russian and international training courses in taxation, corporate law, bankruptcy and information technologies.
