Representing the interests of an NFT-platform, the account of which was copied by unidentified persons on one of the largest international marketplaces. Not only did we stop the fraudulent acts, but established a legal attitude model between the client and the author of images and 3D models, utilized during NFT circulation, in order to provide further comprehensive protection of the client's rights
Representing the interests of the client whose partner used his e-wallet for transferring cryptocurrency obtained via fraudulent means. Together with our partners we observed the movement of the transaction and prepared legal opinion based on the investigation results. We also mitigated criminal risks for the client at the stage of verifying the crime report
Representing the interests of public persons that had participated in the advertising activities of the blockchain platforms that were later added to the Central Bank of Russian Federation list of projects showing signs of financial pyramid schemes. Arranged for a comprehensive expert examination of the platforms and brought its results to public in order to eliminate unreasonable criminal and reputational risks for the clients
Preparing legal opinions for several blockchain projects and reworking their business models to comply with Russian and European laws and mitigate criminal, tax and blocking risks. Prevented the imposition of sanctions from the Bank of Russia and European regulatory authorities

Совместно с Уголовной практикой сопровождает Доверителей в уголовных делах о клевете и вымогательстве, связанных с распространением порочащих сведений.
У Антона накоплен обширный опыт взаимодействия с регулирующими органами, с 2015 г. является внешним консультантом Роскомнадзора, его подведомственных организаций и подрядчиков по вопросам государственного регулирования и контроля Интернета.
